Cancellation Policy

To All My Wonderful Clients and Future Clients: You are honestly sooo appreciated but due to the changing times and the value of my own time, I have put a policy in place stating that all appointments are required to give a deposit for each service. HERE IS THE LASH STUDIO POLICY: PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT DO FOREIGN REFILLS. If you have lash extensions on from another studio, you will need to book a removal and a full set, not a refill. If you have foreign lash extensions on and you book a refill, we will not do a refill and you may lose your deposit for that appointment when you come in. IF we have time to do a removal and full set we will do so as long as the time is available otherwise, you will need to reschedule for a full set and new deposit. Anyone under 18 years of age, needs consent from a parent or legal guardian to receive any service at our studio. CANCELLATIONS Your deposit is ONLY refundable/transferable if cancelled over 48 hours in advance. The deposit will go towards the service when you come in. The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE if you forget OR miss your scheduled appointment. It is also NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel in less than 48 hours. Canceling OVER 48 hours allows us enough time to offer your appointment to another client. It may be difficult to do so if a cancellation is made in LESS than 48 hours. There are no exceptions and your reasons need not be relayed to us. You can simply cancel your appointment online on this booking site. REFILL/INFILL POLICY: If you get 2 week or 3 week refills (must be 21 days or less exactly) you are to have at least 25% of your lash extensions left intact. If you have less than this amount, your appointment may be considered a full set and could potentially be rescheduled and you will lose your deposit for that appointment since the service will be considered cancelled. A new deposit will need to be placed for your rescheduled appointment. TO AVOID THIS from happening, please contact the studio to let us know that you may need to change your appointment to a full set or you can change your appointment online if it’s within the cancellation policy terms (over 48 hours prior to appointment). If so, your deposit may be transferred or returned and resubmitted. You may contact us if you have any questions or if you need to discuss the % of existing extensions that you have left to determine if a full set will be needed. TOUCH UPS If your appointment is a touch up only, then it will ONLY be a touchup and the appointment will NOT provide lashes for every natural lash. We would only fill in the noticeable empty spots as long as you still have at least 25% of you lash extensions intact. It is a 30 minute only appointment and you MUST BE ON TIME or you will lose your appointment and your deposit. Touch ups require prepping just like any other lash extension service, so time is crucial and we want to give you a pretty touch up. We will not do the service if your appointment is cut short due to lateness. Please allow yourself plenty of time prior for your arrival, taking traffic jams into consideration to be sure that you arrive on time. CHILDREN AT THE STUDIO Children in the studio under the age of 13 MUST be accompanied by an adult during your appointment. We are not able to watch or entertain children during your appointment. SERVICE ANIMALS You MUST let us know in advance if you will be bringing a service animal so that we can accommodate you. If a service animal is acting out in the studio, the handler must take control of the animal. If the animal is still out of control, we will ask that you remove the animal if its behavior poses a threat to the health or safety of you during your service and or others. Examples of unacceptable behavior include: Uncontrolled barking, Growling at other customers, Jumping on you during your service or on other people, running away from the owner or if the service animal contaminates the studio and its sanitation. If the service animal contaminates, it is the animal owners responsibility to clean it up. We can not assume responsibility for supervising and caring for the service animals.
